Gardaí are appealing for information about a black Citroen C4 following the recent double shooting in Swords.
The vehicle was seen leaving the scene of the gun attack at an industrial park at Killeek Lane in St Margaret's yesterday.
Two men were injured in the incident, that happened shortly after 11.30 am.
One of the men is in a critical condition in hospital.
The black Citroen was found on fire at Greenwood Avenue in Coolock after the shooting.
Men Detained For Questioning
Two men who are aged in their 30's have been arrested in connection with the incident.
Sinn Fein TD Louise O'Reilly has called for more garda resources in North County Dublin following the double shooting.
She said; "There needs to be an increase in garda visibility because that is what will act as a deterrent and it will also make people feel safe in their community."
Meanwhile, Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan has defended the government's record on crime.
He said; " We've seen investment of a record nature in An Garda Siochana, we've seen more garda recruits than for many years.
Minister Flanagan added; "We also have a very robust and stringent body of criminal law legislation."
