Gardaí are appealing for witnesses, after a serious collision on Merchants Quay in Dublin.
A 29 year old male pedestrian was badly injured when he was hit by a bus just after midnight. He was taken to St James Hospital, where his condition is said to be serious.
The driver and passengers weren't injured.
The road has now reopened to traffic, and Gardai are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
