Two men are due in court on the southside this morning following a garda crackdown on burglary gangs.
It follows a spike in the number of break-ins in the run up othe Christmas.
Gardai are urging homeowners to protect their properties after an increase in aggravated robberies and thefts in recent weeks.
It led to a raid yesterday morning on a number of premises in St Louise's Park, in Blackrock under Operation Acer, which is targeting burglaries in Dublin.
Electrical equipment and tools were seized along with cannabis herb and resin.
Two men aged 36 and 43 were arrested and charged, and are due before Dun Laoghaire District Court this morning.
A 52 year old woman was also arrested on foot of a warrant, she has since been charged in court.
