Four Arrested After Drugs Bust In Dublin

Four people have been arrested after gardaí in Dublin seized drugs worth 1.2 million euro in two separate operations.

Two men, aged 40 and 49, are being questioned after gardaí stopped and searched two cars on the N2 in Finglas yesterday lunchtime.

Cannabis herb worth about 300,000 euro was discovered.

In a separate operation, gardaí carried out a planned search of a premises in Irishtown yesterday afternoon, where they seized heroin, cocaine and cannabis with a street value of 880,000 euro.

A man and a woman, both aged 29, were arrested and are being held at Irishtown garda station.
