A chocolatier is hoping to add a new type of chocolate to the market.
'Ruby' chocolate is made from the ruby cocoa bean - with no berries, berry flavour or colour added.
Its maker, Barry Callebaut, say it's "a tension between berry-fruitiness and luscious smoothness".

The cocoa beans are sourced from different regions around the world.
It's expected that the red-coloured chocolate will be introduced in different products.
It's been tested in the UK, US, China and Japan.
