Five people are due to appear in court today charged in connection with public order and related offences.
The five were arrested earlier this month following a protest and subsequent disturbance outside the Department of Justice.
A member of An Garda Siochana received minor injuries during the incident.
The five people will appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin at 10.30 this morning.
