Fire fighters have brought a blaze in The Liberties under control.
Five units of Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene on Fumbally Lane after the fire broke out at 6am this morning.
The property opposite the old Tenters pub is derelict and there are no reports of injuries.
Thick smoke in the area affected visibility for motorists earlier.
