A Finglas man has been jailed for life after murdering his uncle following a 'straightener' on the Ballycoolin Road, just before Christmas 2013.
David Cully of Kilsane Road admitted shooting Edward O’Connor in the back, but claimed he was provoked by something he said.
A jury rejected his defence earlier this month and the 24-year-old was handed the mandatory life sentence today.
