FIFA is said to be in "disarray" after Swiss authorities opened criminal proceedings against outgoing president Sepp Blatter.
He currently remains in charge of world football's governing body.
One of the allegations involves claims he made a "disloyal payment" of over one-point-three-million-pounds to UEFA boss Michel Platini - who's in the running to succeed Blatter.
Former FA chief executive Mark Palios is intrigued by that.
