Seventy eight pairs of womens shoes and 10 pairs of children's shoes will be laid outside Leinster House this morning to remember victims of intimate partner homicide.
The vigil is being organised by Women's Aid.
They want to raise the recognition and management of risk factors that lead to domestic abuse and violence.
A minute's silence will also be held.
