The family of an innocent Tallaght woman who was killed by a car being chased by gardai in October of last year is to sue.
Gardai were not properly trained to deal with the pursuit that killed Diana Harton on the M7.
Her family say they are more angry with the force than the criminal who crashed into her.
They are taking a civil action against the Garda, 24 year old John Joyce of St Brigid's Lawn in Clonsilla and the Motor Insurers Bureau.
The family's solicitor says they believe Diana's death was preventable.
