A man in his 50s has been arrested after over three million euro worth of cannabis was seized yesterday.
Gardaí working as part of Operation Tara, stopped a vehicle on the M50 near Blanchardstown, at 5 o'clock yesterday evening.
162 kilograms of suspected herbal cannabis was discovered during the search.
The drugs have an estimated value of €3.2 million.
They will now be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.
The man that was arrested in connection with the seizure and is now being held at a Garda Station in North Dublin.
