Dunnes Stores workers will deliver a giant Christmas card to head office later but it doesn't contain seasons greetings.
It's calling on the company to provide staff with secure hours and fair pay.
Staff say the company have ignored the Labour Relations Commission's recommendations for an improvement to their working conditions.
