Dublin's rocketing population is driving a rebound in the retail sector.
The city's population has risen by 43 thousand people over the last 2 years.
According to a report by Savills the increase in numbers is driving sales and causing retailers to take more space.
Every 1 per-cent increase in the population adds 1.24 per-cent to retail rents.
