The cost of renting a house has risen in every county in Ireland but it's increase the most in Dublin.
According to the latest rental report from daft.ie, rents have risen by over 11 per cent nationally but 14 percent in Dublin.
The average national rent is now 933 euro a 91 euro increase on last year's figures.
However, in Dublin, the average rent is 1,372 euro.
