A new footbridge over the Liffey's been given funding by the Government.
Dun Laoghaire's Urban Beach is also among a number of projects that have been given a cash injection.
Seven million euro has been earmarked for Dublin in each of the local authority areas and the projects have been in the pipeline for sometime.
The new Forbes Street cycle and footbridge will get €2.9 million while Dodder Valley Green way and the Swords Castle and Civic Quarter with get €1.4 million each.
The Dun Laoghaire baths project which includes the new urban beach and cycleways will get €1.12 million.
The EU has given 40 million Euro to the fund which the local authorities will have to match.
