Dublin Port Residents Case Back In The High Court

A case taken by residents living near Dublin Port is back in the High Court today.

Locals on Pigeon House Road say the noise of ships unloading cargo near their homes is a living nightmare.

They allege Dublin Port Company and Marine Terminals Limited are breaching noise and planning laws.

The court heard yesterday Ringsend residents want unloading to stop between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
