Dublin has slipped down the list of the best cities in the world in which to study at third level.
Last year the capital was in 15th place in the QS Top Universities Guide but has now dropped to 32nd position.
While Dublin gets praise for friendly locals and top class facilities, the study says its weakest point is high fees and the cost of living here.
The report says despite this, it's still well placed, coming in above cities including Washington, Milan, Moscow and Madrid.
