A County Dublin couple are to be repaid 61 thousand euro they were overcharged by Permament TSB, following a court action.
Liam Fitzgerald and Angela Wallace were wrongly taken off a tracker mortgage rate.
However, they took a legal action against the lender, after rejecting a 6 thousand euro compensation sum offered by PTSB.
The bank is welcoming an agreement reached with the couple and says it was always open to those affected to seek further compensation.
