Dublin could make nearly a billion Euro from extra tourism if it wins its bid become the 2020 European Capital of culture.
The city is bidding against Galway, Limerick and a trio of Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford for the designation with bids due in on October 17th.
City Arts officer Ray Yeates says they've discovered that Dublin is a divided city, especially when it comes to culture.
