Dublin's takeaways are being accused of continuing to cod their customers.
A study carried out four years ago found 28% of fish sold in Dublin's supermarkets and takeaways was wrongly labelled.
The University of Salford says supermarkets have since cleaned-up their act.
However, it says almost 42% of fish sold in Dublin takeaways still doesn't contain the type of fish customers are told it does.
