Ireland's drug laws should focus on punishing drug pushers and not users.
That's the message from the Drugs Minster Aodhain O'Riordain.
He was speaking ahead of a conference at the Mansion House on Ireland's addiction problems today.
He also wants to set up supervised injection centres and discuss decriminalisation.
