A planning application has been submitted to house hundreds of students in the north inner city.
If the proposal gets the go ahead, the complex on Dorset Street will accommodate 463 students in 108 units.
It will also include cafes, restaurants, a gym, courtyards and a rooftop terrace.
Car parking is one issue in the plan as there are hardly any spaces, with provision for bicycles instead.
The complex will be supervised with management on the premises.
A consultation process will now take place with local residents.
