Over 100 demonstrators have gathered outside the Dail calling for an end to Covid19 maternity restrictions.
Protestors are calling for hospital guidelines to be changed to allow partners to attend all scans.
I joined herself...and many others to support calls for an end to maternity restrictions. Unlike families now I was lucky to be there every step of the way when it was our turn. We need to listen to women and start providing #BetterMaternityCare pic.twitter.com/z3qVaDleBo

While Health Minister Stephen Donnelly said in May that all maternity limits should be removed, they remain in place at several hospitals, some of which have cited issues such as poor ventilation.
But demonstrators say it’s time for the government to follow through on its promise and end the restrictions for good.
