It's claimed up to 400 drug dealers have been cleared out of the O'Connell Street area thanks to a new garda crackdown.
Instead of taking suspects straight to court, officers have implemented a system called 'station bail'.
Retail groups say shoppers are starting to feel safer in the area as a result.
