It's the second day Luas commuters face a headache getting to work. Tram drivers remain on strike as part of their first 48 hour work stoppage in a row over pay increases. Another one is planned for next Thursday and Friday.
Yesterday saw thousands of commuters making alternative travel arrangements, with heavy congestion around the capital and packed buses and trains.
