A Dublin solicitor and his family have been told they have to move out of their Killiney mansion.
The High Court has rejected a question by Brian O'Donnell's son to stop a reposession of their 7 million euro home on Vico Road.
The Solicitor has also been warned that if he and his wife don't vacate the property the receiver will bring a trespass injunction.
The case will return to court this Thursday.
