A young couple were attacked and robbed after arranging to sell their car in north Co. Dublin last night.
The terrifying ordeal happened in Rush after the man and woman in their 20s had arranged to sell their car in Rush.
When they drove to Southshore road at 20 to 9 there were met by a gang of 3 men in a black volvo.
The volvo boxed them in and the man and woman were attacked by two of the men and a quantity of cash was stolen.
The three then drove off in the 10D reg volvo.
The male victim had to be treated in hospital for his injuries.
Gardai are investigating and no arrests have been made.
