There are fears that a homeless hostel in the city centre may no longer be drug free.
It's due to pressure on the facility to take people sleeping rough, off the streets.
There was a major push before Christmas to provide a bed for anyone homeless.
But now in the rush to find beds, one facility that had been providing accommodation to people in recovery, is no longer drug free.
According to a resident of St Peters Place off Angier Street, the facility to help people stay clean, has become overrun by dealing and heroin use.
It comes as a night cafe for those sleeping rough is due to open tonight at Merchants Quay which will operate 7 nights a week.
