A clampdown on rickshaw drivers in the city has been taking place in Dublin this weekend.
Gardai were out inspecting the popular public transport option throughout the night.
The operation was based around the Pearse Street area and mainly focused on the road-worthiness of vehicles and general public safety issues.

Dublin Midwest TD Derek Keating says there are a number of safety concerns when it comes to rickshaws operating in Dublin.
"I've seen rickshaws competing with each other up and down Grafton Street and Stephens Green so it does need to be closely monitored and indeed policed but I think this is a good start by the Gardai and the Revenue Commissioners."
