Gardai are investigating reports that a number of false names were signed on letters objecting to the five Garth Brooks concerts at Croke Park.
The Irish Independent say an estimated 370 objections were lodged with Dublin City Council and it is understood that Gardai are now examining the signatures.
Dublin's Lord Mayor Christy Burke said he would be surprised if there were any irregularities attached to any petition regarding the issue.
