A Dublin business group says that a garda crackdown on O'Connell Street is working.
Officers searched 304 suspects for drug dealing and anti-social behaviour in the city centre over a 4 day period last week.
Operation Spire, which combines uniform patrols with undercover officers, led to 42 drug seizures and 99 behavioural warnings.
