An investigation has been launched into a Christmas shooting.
It happened at a housing estate in Artane last night.
Just after 11 O'Clock on Christmas night a gunman showed up outside a house on Whitethorn Close in Artane.
He began to fire a number of shots into the property, some went through the windows.
There were three people inside the property at the time, 3 adults and a teenager, none of them were injured.
The scene has since been sealed off and a forensic examination is due to be carried out this afternoon.
