There's a warning today about the number of young people suffering from the effects of 'overtraining' for sport and other activities.
It's comes from Professor Niall Moyna from DCU, who says injuries that are occurring now would have been 'unthinkable' 20 years ago.
He believes one of the problems is that kids aren't getting enough rest after their activities.
