A man's been arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing at North Strand.
45 year old David Sheridan died at the Mater hospital yesterday after being stabbed several times outside a chipper on Sunday night.
A 63 year old suspect was picked up in Dublin this morning and taken to Mountjoy garda station for questioning, where he can be held for up to 24 hours.
