The National Children's Hospital is staying at St James.
The Health Minister says it's a government decision and the Dublin 8 site is the best location.
It comes as the Jack and Jill Foundation launches a petition to have the site changed.
The head of the childcare charity Jonathan Irwin says parents are telling him they're totally opposed to the Dublin 8 location.
