A crisp sandwich cafe could be opened in Dublin, after the Simply Crispy Cafe launched in Belfast today.
The first of its kind came about after a website, the Ulster Fry, came up with the idea and a cafe owner though it would work.
Andrew McMenamin is now selling crisp sandwiches with soup and chips for 3 pounds 95 each.
But he says the business remains tongue in cheek.
