Parents will be thrown a life line in tomorrow's budget.

It's after senior ministers last night agreed on a deal that will give Free GP care to the under fives.

It will reportedly cost the taxpayer 40 million euro next year, and forms part of a package of cuts which will be revealed for 2014.

Sinn Fein leader Gerry Adams is sure tomorrow's budget wont be fair on the country's most hard-pressed
