You could soon have a gin with your Givenchy at BTs on Grafton Street.
The iconic department store already has a wine license but it wants to install a full bar as part of plans to refurb the third floor restuarant.
The shop's barrister has told the Circuit Licensing Court those waiting for their partners could "anaesthetise" themselves, before seeing the shopping bill.
The court heard from BTs compliance manager, who said the store wanted to provide a full drinks menu to people waiting around while their money is being spent.
