British Iraqi War veterans could face prosecution for war crimes including murder.

A government inquiry is now examining up to fifteen-hundred claims of torture and unlawful killing.

Lieutenant Colonel Chris Parker, former Chief of Staff of the Desert Rats in Kosovo and Iraq, says the harsh conditions soldiers operate under make it tricky to determine whether a crime has been committed.

Meanwhile former British officer, Colonel Richard Kemp, says many of the claims are not genuine.
