The 2014 Boston Marathon will get underway later today.
3 people died and hundreds were injured when two bombs exploded near the finish line last year.
Irish runner Bob Hilliard from Clonakilty, West Cork, was at the finish line last year when the first bomb went off.
He's is back in Boston this morning to run the marathon and say it's important for runners to show support to the people of Boston:
