The area around Boland's Mill could be about to get a major facelift.
Developers are looking for permission to build three fourteen-storey buildings in a €150M redevelopment.
If the project gets approval, developers will have to work around five listed buildings.
NAMA says it has backed the €150M redevelopment, in the hope it'll attract more foreign companies to do business here.
A planning application, due to be submitted to Dublin City Council, includes office and retail space, apartments and a cultural area.
The redevelopment will be the biggest construction project in the city centre since end of the Celtic Tiger.
