The body of a woman who died in a Dublin flat is to be exhumed today after 20 years.
It follows fresh information about her death.
42 year old Margaret Seery from Limerick, was found dead at her Rathmines flat in 1994.
At the time an inquest determined that she had choked and her death was not treated as suspicious.
However its understood that gardai received new information this summer that the woman died violently.
Officers are taking the claims seriously and her remains will be removed for their grave this morning.
They will be transferred to University Hospital Limerick for a full post mortem.
