Four units of Dublin Fire Brigade have brought a blaze under control just off James's Street.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the fire just before 1:50pm this afternoon.
It is thought the fire broke out at an industrial unit - however the building is derelict.
No one is thought to be injured.
