A new food festival gets underway in Dublin today to showcase the best of Ireland's artisan producers.
The organisers behind 'BITE' are hoping 20,000 people will come through the doors of the RDS over the next four days.
Some of the country's best-know chefs will be on the menu offering cooking demos to the public.
While a secret 2 metre high chocolate statue will be unveiled to sweeten the deal.
