The Taoiseach says Ireland's most important ever change in family law will be discussed today.
The Children and Family Relationships bill will give unmarried dads more rights and allow same sex couples to adopt.

Meanwhile the Health Minister is also bringing forward proposed surrogacy laws, meaning a birth mum won't automatically be the legal mother.
