Nurses at Beaumont Hospital are serving notice of industrial action.
They'll take part in a work to rule on the 27th of January, where no admin duties will be carried out.
It follows a ballot last night as the overcrowding crisis reaches record levels.

Doctor Tony O'Connell was in charge of tackling the overcrowding crisis.
He's resigned saying says he's returning to his native Australia where his wife has taken up an academic position.
