Asking prices for houses in Dublin have fallen slightly.
The new MyHome.ie property report for the third quarter of the year says asking prices in the rest of the country were up 1.8 percent.
The average asking price in Dublin is 312 thousand euro, in the rest of the country it's 217 thousand.
The report predicts inflation in actual sale prices will slow to five percent by the end of the year.
