Anti-water charge protesters say the Government needs to learn from mistakes made in other countries.
A protest group from the US will be in Ireland this week warning about the possible pitfalls of water bills.
The Detroit Water Brigade have been invited by Right2Water campaigners who're holding a major rally outside the Dáil on Wednesday.
The Brigade is known for bringing emergency relief to families facing water shut-offs in the States.
