X Anglo Boss David Drumm's appeal against his failed bankruptcy bid has been rejected by a US court.
The US District Court last night said a judge made "no mistake" when he blocked the former bank chief's bankruptcy.
Judge Leo Sorokin upheld the bankruptcy court's ruling that Mr Drumm's failure to list assets was intentional and fraudulent - saying the ruling was "wholly logical, plausible and supported by the record".
It's a major setback for the former bankerwho remains in custody while he fights extradition to Ireland.
The ruling leaves him personally liable for 11 million dollars in debts.
